Guthrie Steer BSc (Hons) MSc

DC Chiropractor

Guthrie Steer was born in Guernsey in 1973. He graduated from The Anglo European College Of Chiropractic in 1999 with a 2.1 honours degree and then went on to complete a one year MSc Chiropractic. He then worked as an associate at chiropractic clinics in Maidenhead and Sheffield before settling in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. While in Hitchin he completed a further one year postgraduate diploma in Chiropractic (DC) and became a partner in a clinic. Prior to taking a year out to travel, he worked as a locum at the ISMRC in St Martins. Since CMC opened in 2005, Guthrie has attended numerous CPD events in the UK & Europe - particularly focusing on rehabilitation and pain management.

Massage Therapist

Mark Griffin was born in Guernsey in 1973. After leaving Les Beaucamps secondary school he took a year out before returning to education at the Guernsey College of Further Education where he achieved a B-Tec diploma in Health Studies. From there he went on to study at the Raworth Centre in Dorking, Surrey where he obtained his Natural Health Practitioners Diploma. Mark has been practising as a deep tissue massage therapist on the Island for the past 11 years and has built up a strong client base. Since being part of CMC Mark has continued his education and gained experience in MET (muscle energy techniques) and advanced STR (soft tissue release).
