Mark Griffin
For more than 25 years, Mark Griffin has dedicated his career to helping people move better, recover from pain, and enjoy healthier, more active lives. After qualifying as a Remedial Massage Therapist at the Rayworth Centre in Dorking, he went on to build a reputation for delivering effective, hands-on treatment for a wide variety of muscular and soft tissue conditions.
In 2005, Mark joined forces with Guthrie Steer to establish the Chiropractic + Massage Clinic, with a shared vision of creating a multidisciplinary clinic where patients could access high-quality healthcare under one roof. More than two decades later, that vision has grown into CMC Wellbeing, a successful organisation operating across two clinics and offering a wide range of healthcare services.
Although Mark has extensive experience treating muscular pain and injury, he believes the best treatment is often preventing problems before they develop. His approach focuses on identifying the underlying causes of discomfort, educating patients about their bodies, and helping them stay active and resilient through long-term preventative care.
Alongside treating patients, Mark is heavily involved in the day-to-day running of CMC Wellbeing and is passionate about continually improving the patient experience. He enjoys developing new ideas, embracing technology, and finding better ways to support both patients and the healthcare professionals who work within the clinics.
Away from work, Mark loves being outdoors, particularly kitesurfing whenever the wind is up. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and with a young son who keeps life busy, there’s rarely a quiet moment outside the clinic.
